Please read the terms written below prior to booking your appointment. Please note that these terms and conditions relate to our treatment services only. By using this site and booking your appointment, you agree that you accept these terms and that you agree to abide by them.
Appointments
All bookings are strictly by appointment only and can be made through our online Book Now Button, which can be found in the top right hand corner of our navigation bar, at the bottom or our treatment pages or via our facebook page . We do not accept bookings via email, telephone or text. Once your booking has been made you will receive a confirmation email or text, if you have not received this within 24 hours of your booking then please call or email for confirmation. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Should you decide to not have all of the treatments you may have pre-booked and not tell us until you arrive for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you for the time booked and no refunds will be given..
Punctuality
Please arrive punctually, if you arrive early we may not be able to answer the door as we maybe with a client. If you are running late, please call or text to let us know, this may result in a reduction of treatment time or loss of appointment. If we are unable to carry out the treatment in full then we may suggest that you rebook but we will try our very best for this not to happen.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
At Natural Organica, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at 07818 064 805 or email us at info@naturalorganica.co.uk. Please note we do not accept cancellations through any of our Social Media channels. Please see below for guidelines.
48 Hours Notice
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or to rearrange appointments without any charge. If you cancel or rearrange with less than 48 hours' notice, a charge of 50% of the treatment cost will apply.
24 Hours Notice
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged the full treatment cost.
Repeated Cancellations and Reschedules
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled on two or more occasions, the standard 48 and 24-hour notice options will become void. In these cases, the full payment for the appointment will be taken, and refunds will not be issued.

Salon Etiquette
We offer professional treatments only!
Due to the nature of some of our treatments and to protect the members of our staff, we will not tolerate any inappropriate behaviour or suggestions. If such circumstances should occur, you will be asked to leave immediately without your treatment being finished. The full treatment cost will be taken and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Payments
Payments can be made by either cash, debit or credit cards.
Offers
Offers maybe subject to a minimum spend or a time limit and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any others. Please see individual offers for more details.
Medical Conditions
Please inform Natural Organica of any medical condition including pregnancy, allergies or illnesses prior to booking as this may restrict or prevent the treatment.
Mobile Phones
In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from talking on a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the salon.
Children
Please understand that we do not have the space or facilities to accommodate children in the salon.
Personal Items
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
