Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. We will prepare your order as soon as possible then send it with your chosen shipping method. If you have an urgent order, please choose the 1st Class option and mention "Urgent" in the checkout notes. We will try our best to get it dispatched as early as possible.

We use Royal Mail delivery.
2nd Class Delivery £3.90 (delivered within 3-5 business days)
1st Class Delivery £5.99 (delivered next day if ordered before 12pm)
FREE postage is offered for orders over £50.00
Please note delivery time is to be calculated after dispatch time.

Returns

If you wish to cancel an order, please email info@naturalorganica.co.uk as soon as possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, please return unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund.
Unfortunately, return postage is non-refundable unless the order was sent in error.

Refund/Exchange Policy

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, you have a complaint about your item or would like a refund, please email info@naturalorganica.co.uk and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
It is essential we have proof of purchase and photos of the damage to be able to do this.

Please note, as with all natural products, there may be variations in colour and scent from batch to batch.
